If desired, add the herbs to the reusable cotton bag included with your order, then steep in hot water for a few minutes to release the botanical compounds before soaking. Adjust the remaining water to your comfort and soak for 20 minutes. The cotton bag keeps the herbs contained so nothing sticks to your skin — and it's reusable; just rinse and hang to dry after use. Use as a full bath soak or foot bath. Store remaining blend in a cool, dry location.
